The general statistics allow you to analyse:
- The respondents: Through this page, you will be able to consult the level of response to your questionnaire over time (detailed graphical and table analysis)
- The sendings: For each sending, you can get the penetration rate (or click-rate: the ratio of the people who have accessed the questionnaire to the number of people who have received an invitation) and the transformation ratio (the ratio of the people who have answered to the questionnaire to the number of people who have received an invitation).
