To publish you questionnaire, you can simply publish its URL. You can therefore link your questionnaire in a full page or as a pop-up.
Email mail merge
Sharing-Data is provided with a powerful mail merge functionality. You can therefore send your invitations to your respondents quickly and simply. You can even schedule your invitation sending in advance.
Define the date and time of answer collection
You can choose the publication and withdrawal date and time of your questionnaire. Outside the defined frame, your respondents will see the appropriate message.
Real time responses analysis
You can always access the results analysis in real time. All your analyses will therefore always be up to date.
Sendings analysis (click rate, transformation rate)
In addition to knowing the number of respondents in real time, you will be able to analyse the click rate of your email invitations as well as the transformation rate for each of your sending.
Statistical and graphical analysis for each question

Meta-data management
In case you import yourself the responses to a few questions you do not want to ask your respondents, Sharing-Data will understand these data (i.e. meta-data) as standard responses to single choice questions. You will be able to make all the analyses mentioned above.
Export your results
Once you have performed your analyses. You will be able to export those in PDF, Word, Excel or CSV. You will also be able to export the all data in CSV to make your own analyses (with Access for instance).
