Questionnaire title : The questionnaire title is the name that you give to your questionnaire and that will be used to identify it. The title also usually appear at the top of your questionnaire on the screen of all your respondents.
Example : « Customer satisfaction survey » ou « Company X : Your opinion matters !»
Path : The path will be part of the URL address that will be used to access your questionnaire. This is therefore part of the link that you will need to communicate to your respondents. Usually, this link will be completed by an email address but this feature is only available for the Pro account.

Type : Sharing-Data can generate 2 types of questionnaire: qualitative and quantitative questionnaires.
Quantitative questionnaires : These questionnaires (surveys, Flash or short questionnaires) usually have only a few questions but numerous respondents. They have scenarios and can only be answered in one time through the URL communicated.
Quantitative questionnaires: These questionnaires are usually longer and sent to a restricted panel. With categories (each category or sub-category can have several questions), they do not have scenarios but can be answered in several times through a login and a password.
Quantionnaire language: This is the language that will be used to ask the questions.
Interface language: Through the localisation option (only accessible to the Pro account), you have the possibility to define the language in which the Sharing-Data messages (error messages, alert, buttons) will be presented.
Publication date: The publication date is the date from which your questionnaire will be available.
Withdrawal date: After the withdrawal date, your questionnaire will not be available anymore. For the Basic account, this date is necessarily 1 month maximum after the publication date. For the Pro account, it has no limit.

Questions : These are the questions that have been created during the previous step.
Answers:For each selected question, this panel indicates the list of possible answers only when the question type is a single choice question or a drop-down list question.

Theme : The theme is the physical appearance of the questionnaire. You can customize it completely by adding your logo, pictures or by changing the font size and the questionnaire colors. To do so, you should click on the Localisation button (main menu).

Questionnaire language : The questionnaire language is the questions language (and hopefully the answers you will get). This language is completely free as you are the one writting the questions.
Interface language: The interface language is the language of the error or alert messages. These are the conextual messages language that Sharing-Data communicates to your respondents.

Segmentation
Name : The name of you segment will be used as a reference during your analyses. That is through this name that you will be able to recognize the segment created.
From : The date starting from which the respondents must have validated their questionnaire to be part of the created segment.
To : The date before which the respondents must have validated their questionnaire to be part of the created segment.
Statistical analyses
Question being analysed: Before analysing a question, you should select the question in the panel on your left hand-side. The question being analysed is mentionned here.
Segment : This is the segment that is used for the analysis. By default, the whole panel is analysed (no segment)
Analsis type: Click on the icone that corresponds to the analysis type you want to carry out.
Crossed analysis
X-coordinates question: You should select in the panel on your left hand-side the question whose answers will appear at the top of the table (columns).
Y-coordinates question: You should select in the panel on your left hand-side the question whose answers will appear at the left of the table (rows).
Segment : This is the segment that is used for the analysis. By default, the whole panel is analysed (no segment)

Email ID: This is the unique ID used by Sharing-Data. Therefore, you cannot modify it. Please contact our service for any problem.
Password :The password is generated automatically by Sharing-Data and is sent to you by email after your registration (or after you payment has been received for a Pro account). To modify your password, simply enter your old password and enter the new password twice (for verification).
First name - name : This will help the system remember you.
Interface language: The Sharing-Data interface can be presented in 2 languages: French and English.
The billing details are only available for the account adminstrators (see below).
First name – name: This is your billing ID. All the invoices will refer to the information mentionned here.
Address :This is the adresse (street number and name) for the invoices. All the invoices will refer to the information mentionned here.
Address 2 :This is an additional non-mandatory information for the address. All the invoices will refer to the information mentionned here.
ZIP code : This is the ZIP code for the invoices. All the invoices will refer to the information mentionned here.
City : This is the city for the invoices. All the invoices will refer to the information mentionned here.
Country: This is the country for the invoices. All the invoices will refer to the information mentionned here.
Questionnaire: You can define the rights associated to the account regarding the creation and editing of the questionnaires. Be aware that a person who has the writing rights also has the reading rights, a person who has the modification rights also has the writing rights and a person who has the deleting rights has logically all the rights (reading, writing, modification, deletion).
Administration, account: These are the rights regarding the creation of other account and adminstration of the Sharing-Data account. Only the people with the deletion right will receive email specifi to the Sharing-Data account (about respondents credits for instance). Be aware that a person who has the writing rights also has the readingrights, a person who has the modification rights also has the writingrights and a person who has the deleting rights has logically all therights (reading, writing, modification, deletion).
Theme : These are the rights regarding the physical appearance of the questionnaires. This is an important right because a theme affects all the questionnaires (current or future) that refer to that theme. Be aware that a person who has the writing rights also has the readingrights, a person who has the modification rights also has the writingrights and a person who has the deleting rights has logically all therights (reading, writing, modification, deletion).
Localisation: The localisation allows to create or edit the interface language (error or alert messages published by Sharing-Data to the respondents). Be aware that a person who has the writing rights also has the readingrights, a person who has the modification rights also has the writingrights and a person who has the deleting rights has logically all therights (reading, writing, modification, deletion).

Model: This is the model that you will need to customize. This model is given by Sharing-Data and its structure cannot be modified. However, as you will be able to see, you can modify it greatly.
Name : This name will be used to refer to the theme you are creating.
Page: The data entered here regard the general structure of the questionnaire page.
Header: The header is the top part of the questionnaire that contains your logo or a picture.
Title: Here are specified the data related to the questionnaire title.
Comment:The comment is a specific type of question that you can add when you create your questionnaire. Its display can be specified here.
Questions: You mention here the informations related to the display of your questions (excepts for comments and tables).
Table: The data entered here affect the tables display.
Numbering: Each question has a number. You can specify here those numbers display.
Button:At the end of the questionnaire, the respondent must click on the "Submit" button. The formatting of this button is mentionned here.
Footer :The footer is the bottom part of your questionnaire which contains your logo and other information related to your questionnaire).
